One of the most famous landmarks in the Bronx is Yankee Stadium. At Yankee Stadium you can potentially see all kinds of feats of athletic prowess in the House that Ruth Built.

However, according to MLB, one of the rarest plays in baseball is the unassisted triple play. Because it’s not quite baseball season yet, no worries about seeing a “tp” tonight.
However, if you engage in the NYC Housing Connect process, one day soon you could be living in the Bronx and enjoying your new apartment.
I believe that you’re at the end of your apartment hunting drought. One of these triple play places is FOR YOU.

This building has at least a couple of really amazing things going for it:
- it is large – family friendly having the capacity for groups of up to 7 persons;
- it is also extremely low-income friendly.
From what I’ve seen, this is a rarity in the Housing Connect eco-system! Many in NYC have a need for both larger units and for this income range with few available options.
This building is being constructed through the Extremely Low and Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) Program of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC)
